The food in Seasalt, the restaurant Alila Manggis, is fantastic. We have lunch with a nice salad with only fresh ingredients from the garden. And while fresh juice and smoothies in particular but very tasty variations. After lunch we descend on one of the beds by the pool, unfortunately, it's pretty busy here so we have to do with a mattress in the grass.
In the evening, eating at your finger-licking. They serve as an appetizer with crackers sambal 4 flavors, which are even Marije not good for eating can be very hot, very tasty. Then we eat tuna and risotto, all super fresh! The dessert is a homemade meringue with fresh fruit. The portions are a good size, so we leave after an espresso very satisfied to our hotel room.
Tuesday morning, we compared sleep because we need only to 8.30 hours in our van to the dive center in Padang Bai, a village 10 kilometers away. Padang Bai has a small harbor from where the ferry to Lombok and go further on the strip along the beach full of diving schools. We gather our things and go with Geko Dive, 2 guides and 6 other divers on the road. After 20 minutes of sailing, we are in a group of rocks just outside the bay. At the back of one of the other rocks, we will in the water. The soil is about 30 meters and consists of rocks and coral. Shortly after the descent, we see 2 beautiful large cuttle-fish and later a white tip reef shark that lurks under a table coral on all sides until divers with cameras for hangrn. The shark makes a motion with his tail, under the coral shoots away and within seconds disappeared. We have around 14 hours back to the pool in our hotel and enjoy the shade of tall palm trees in the garden and are nice to read something. In the evening we eat delicious again, this time typical East-Balinese dishes like chicken-noodle soup and slow-cooked pork. Blessed!
The lie is Wednesday over again because we have already at 7.30 pm in the van to the dive center .. We're going to Nusa Penida island off the coast where the Mola Mola's in this time of year to keep.
